About ISSHL
A subsidiary of Intelligent Spaces Ltd, saddled with the development of decent housing needs for the low-income bracket of our society.
In partnership with strategic organizations, we carry the burden of housing inequality which hits dangerously decent living and safety. As of December 2018, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) put the annual housing deficit at an annual figure of 20 million, a figure that continues to climb as our population increases without a reasonable increase in the housing stock.
At Intelligent Spaces Social Housing Ltd, we appreciate the correlation between decent housing affordability and economic growth as a boost to living standards and general well-being.
Our core drive is to continuously research property ownership and development models with a keen eye on environmental sustainability, and our sights are set on replicating workable models across the country to take a massive dent at the over 500,000 housing units needed yearly in Nigeria.
